TERMS & CONDITIONS

PURCHASING

1.Submit your order to dreamcupzshop@yahoo.com
Include in email : Name, Address,Contact Number and Item (s).

2. A reply will be sent to your confirming status of your order/total price to be banked in. Send an email to inform/confirm the payment.

3. All sales are final. Serious buyers only, NO back-outs, NO refunds.

4. All items are brand NEW unless stated otherwise.

5. After we booked for you but there is no answer within 24 hours, so we don't hesitate canceled your booking.

PRODUCT & PAYMENT

1. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damages incurred during shipping.

2. We will be using POS LAJU Malaysia. Postage to destination within Peninsular Malaysia costs about RM 5 for first 500g and RM 3 for next 250g and to Sabah/Sarawak costs about RM 8 for first 500g and RM 4 for next 250g. (Postage fees can be negotiable - normal postage is much cheaper - and CODs might be possible if the time and venue is suitable.)

3. Goods will be mailed the next day after payment is received (with the exception of Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

4. Payment must be made to Maybank / Bank Islam account within 24hours of confirmation.

5. Account number will be provided once order has been confirmed & Please do inform us once you've made the payment.

6. Please make sure you understand all the term & condition before proceed to order.
